Juan and Carla and everyone here is amazing and super knowledgeable! They made our entire experience buying our home easy and most importantly, understandable with a simple and straightforward process. I moved my own home in and the process was so simple. Juan was there to walk me through everything from choosing my lot, which I changed my mind a number of times before making a final decision. He along with the rest of the estates crew had my home ready in record time and I am so grateful! Everyone here is kind and so helpful. Juan , Becky and Carla in the office are Wonderful but I can’t stop there. Mark, The construction manager and the entire crew here are ready and willing to answer any question you may have. I have met several of my neighbors in the community of all ages and I feel so blessed to be a part of this community! I have been meaning to post these pictures/review since last year. I absolutely have been loving living at Pradera. Juan is who helped us with the whole process and my respects to him, he is the best! You can tell he not only cares about selling, but also taking care that you and your family are good even after you all have moved in. He never disappoints to answer questions or help in any way if we ever have any issues. My parents love that he is a part of the Pradera team. Also, these pictures are out dated, but the community has grown so much since then with 2 new dog parks for our pups. Many people have also moved in; And many new homes have arrived and they just keep getting prettier. The people who live here are the absolute nicest and are starting to get closer little by little in the small get-togethers the office does each holiday for the community. Lastly, I am now almost 8 months pregnant and me and my partner cannot be more happy to have chosen a place like this to start and grow our little new family!

I enjoy it here. The amenities are really nice swimming pool basketball court pickle ball, dog play area ,playground for the children. Just a nice area to be in while walking around the neighborhood or the community is really peaceful and the people are friendly. It’s a really nice and upcoming community to live in.

Selwyn is amazing. He takes the time to answer all your questions. Always has a smile, will take you to look at any house you want to see and we never once felt pressured. They work hard to make you feel like family and they want you to be happy with your decision! Carla is great! She is there to help you out with anything that may come up and is always there to greet you with a smile. Everyone here is super friendly. We've been only a few short days but honestly couldn't be happier with our choice. The amenities are excellent and over all you just feel safe, even walking the dog around in the middle of the night.

It has amenities I've never seen in a community like this such as a pool, playground and basketball courts and not to mention a beautiful new main office. It's a new addition and a great and affordable choice for first time home buyers or even someone wanting to try something different.
